Processes a Content Export or NIS file in batches of 20, 50, or 100; applies safe title fixes and separates portal-only work.
Checks the full list, fixes technical issues, and exports corrected JPGs with a clean CSV manifest.
Flags missing SKUs, titles, category fields, duplicates, and risky image URLs.
Builds titles, feature bullets, and descriptions only from facts you enter. Missing details stay visibly marked.
Uses your own commission and fees, so the result is transparent and editable.
Loads your official taxonomy file and searches category paths without guessing.
Runs a local, read-only scan of the product-edit page you already have open.
Yes. The Bulk Issue Fixer detects an NIS template_data sheet or reads the first data sheet, maps recognized fields into the bundled official NIS template, and processes 20, 50, or 100 products at a time. Final downloads unlock after every batch is complete.
It can safely fill a missing Arabic title only when every product term is recognized by the built-in glossary. Unknown wording is never guessed. Missing categories, brand choices, blocked image URLs, WebP links, and undersized source images remain in the manual fix report.
Noon’s current category and brand suggestions are shown inside Seller Lab. Without an API or account connection, the toolkit cannot verify those choices, and bulk category changes may not apply reliably. The report therefore tells you exactly which SKUs need portal review.
It can detect WebP, insecure URLs, blocked hosts, narrow aspect ratios, and images below 660 px. A remote image cannot be converted and re-hosted from its URL alone, so the bulk report asks you to replace that source. The separate image fixer can convert local image files to JPG.
No. These Noon seller tools do not sign in, scrape Seller Lab, or use a Noon API. Spreadsheet processing stays in your browser; image URL checks contact only the image hosts already listed in your file.
No. The checks catch common technical and structural issues, but Noon can still reject content because of policy, category-specific requirements, image quality, or a manual review decision.
Use this Noon bulk issue fixer to load a full Content Export or NIS sheet, diagnose mixed listing problems, and work through the catalog in controlled batches without freezing the browser.
.xlsx, .xls, or .csv · detects NIS template_data or the first data sheet
Downloads unlock after every batch is processed. The corrected workbook maps recognized source fields into the bundled official NIS template dated 8 September 2026 and applies only safe Arabic-title fills. Manual issues remain visible in the separate report.
Use the Noon image checker to test width, aspect ratio, file size, and format, then prepare corrected JPGs with an error-free CSV manifest.
Checks: JPG/PNG · width ≥ 660 px · aspect ratio > 0.5 · file size < 10 MB
Converts every selected image to JPG, upscales small files to at least 660 px wide, adds white side padding when the ratio is too narrow, and compresses below 10 MB. Originals are never changed.
The downloaded CSV is a verified manifest of the corrected local files. It is not a direct NIS upload file: Noon requires public HTTPS image URLs, so upload the corrected JPGs to your approved image host before placing those URLs in NIS. Product- and category-specific content review can still apply.
Run a Noon NIS validator before import to catch missing SKUs, title gaps, category fields, duplicates, and risky image URLs in CSV or XLSX files.
.xlsx, .xls, or .csv · first sheet only
Add rows in this session, then download a CSV ready to open in Excel. Match field names to the latest official template before portal upload.
Create a transparent bilingual Noon listing from verified product facts. The Arabic title generator never invents a feature or specification; missing details remain visible as placeholders.
Enter only details printed on the product, packaging, or supplier sheet. Leave unknown facts blank.
Write each claim exactly as you want it used. The tool will not add benefits or performance claims on its own.
Add product details to generate the listing.

NoonFixer helps sellers inspect spreadsheets, product images, bilingual content, category files, and estimated margin before the next upload or portal review.
The tools run in your browser and focus on checks that can be explained: file structure, visible image properties, supplied product facts, and calculations based on the fees you enter.
NoonFixer does not sign in to your seller account, approve products, choose an unverified category, or promise that a clean file will pass a marketplace review.
Large exports are easier to audit when the work is divided into 20, 50, or 100 products. Each batch keeps automatic and manual work visible.
The listing generator uses only the information you provide. Unknown specifications remain marked for review rather than being invented.

How this browser-based toolkit handles files and information.
Effective date: 3 October 2026
Spreadsheet and image processing is designed to happen in your browser session. Files are not saved by this static website. Refreshing or closing the page clears the in-session working state.
The Bulk Issue Fixer may contact image URLs already present in your spreadsheet to test whether dimensions or headers can be read. Those requests go to the image host named in your file. The spreadsheet library and web fonts are delivered by third-party content delivery networks.
The contact form formats and copies a message to your clipboard. It does not send or store the message. You choose where to paste it afterward.
NoonFixer does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, or an account system in this static version.
Do not upload files containing customer personal data, credentials, or information you are not authorized to process. You can stop processing by closing or refreshing the page.

Conditions for using NoonFixer tools and guidance.
Effective date: 3 October 2026
NoonFixer provides automated checks, file transformations, drafting assistance, and calculations. Results are aids for review, not marketplace approval, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of sales.
You are responsible for verifying product facts, categories, brand permissions, images, prices, fees, tax settings, and the latest marketplace requirements before uploading or publishing content.
Use the tools only with files and content you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to misrepresent products, infringe rights, distribute malicious files, or bypass marketplace safeguards.
Browser capabilities, third-party libraries, marketplace templates, and platform requirements can change. Features may be corrected, changed, or withdrawn without notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoonFixer is provided without a warranty that every issue will be detected or that a marketplace will accept the resulting file.
Independent utility
Important limits on marketplace names, approvals, and automated results.
NoonFixer is an independent seller utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Noon. “Noon” and related marks belong to their respective owners.
A clean technical report does not guarantee product approval, activation, ranking, or sales. Marketplace reviews may include requirements the toolkit cannot inspect.
Seller Lab, your current official template, marketplace policies, and direct marketplace notices remain the source of truth. Re-check them whenever a requirement may have changed.
Generated text depends on the facts you enter. Profit estimates depend on the fees, tax rates, costs, and selling price you enter. Review every result before use.
Noon seller image guide
Use a repeatable visual and technical review before adding product image links to an NIS file.
Image problems can look simple but create several different failure points: the file may be too small, the aspect ratio may be too narrow, the format may be rejected, or the host may block access. A good preflight separates these problems before you touch the listing.
The NoonFixer image checker tests local files against the working thresholds used by the toolkit: JPG or PNG, at least 660 pixels wide, aspect ratio above 0.5, and file size below 10 MB. Treat these as a preflight, then compare your result with the latest requirement shown in Seller Lab.
Technical dimensions do not prove that an image represents the product clearly. Confirm that the main image shows the correct item, that nothing important is cropped, and that included accessories are not confused with decorative props.
Color, size, count, and model shown in the images should match the selected variant and written product facts. A technically valid image can still create a content-review issue if it represents another version.
NIS imports normally need public HTTPS image URLs. A link that opens only while you are signed in, expires, redirects to a webpage, or blocks automated requests may fail even when the image looks fine in your browser. Replace WebP links with accessible JPG or PNG sources when the current import rejects WebP.
No. Resizing can meet pixel dimensions, but it cannot restore detail missing from the source. Replace visibly soft or pixelated images with a better original.
No. The spreadsheet needs public image URLs. Upload corrected files to an approved host first, then place those HTTPS URLs in the NIS columns.
Spreadsheet workflow
Validate structure first, then review content and image links without changing unrelated columns.
A large import becomes easier to diagnose when you distinguish row-level spreadsheet errors from decisions that belong in Seller Lab. The goal is not to change everything; it is to identify the smallest safe correction for each product.
Open the file and confirm that it is the intended export or current template. Preserve sheet names, header rows, and required columns. A clean-looking spreadsheet can fail if it was saved from the wrong sheet or if headers were renamed.
A missing field is not always safe to auto-fill. A title may be drafted from verified product facts, but category and brand choices should match the current portal suggestion and your authorization to use that brand. Unknown values belong in a manual queue.
Replacing a filename extension does not convert an image. If a URL points to WebP, an inaccessible page, or a small source, prepare a real JPG or PNG file, host it at a stable public URL, and replace the link.
Start with 20 products while validating your workflow. When the output is predictable, move to 50 or 100. The Bulk Issue Fixer keeps automatic title fills separate from category, brand, and image work.
No. Preserve the current official template structure unless Noon’s instructions explicitly tell you to remove a field.
Yes. Structural validation cannot confirm every category rule, policy requirement, brand decision, or manual quality review.
Bilingual listings
A practical method for translating product identity without adding unverified claims.
A useful Arabic title should identify the product quickly and match the item being sold. Translation quality matters, but accuracy comes first: a fluent title with an invented feature is still wrong.
Collect the brand, product type, material, size or pack count, color, compatibility, and one meaningful feature. Use only facts printed on the item, packaging, or a trusted supplier sheet.
Lead with the brand when it is authorized, then the Arabic product term, followed by the most useful differentiators. Avoid repeating the same meaning in several keyword variations.
Brand + product type + material + main feature + color + size
The exact order can change when Arabic readability improves, but the title should remain easy to scan.
Machine translation can mistranslate product types, materials, or compatibility terms. If a term is unknown, leave it for a fluent reviewer or provide the exact Arabic product term yourself. NoonFixer’s listing generator leaves unverified details visibly marked.
If the title says “pack of 2,” the selected variant, bullet points, description, and images should support that count. The same applies to dimensions, color, material, and model names.
No. Include the terms needed to identify the product. Keyword repetition can reduce clarity and introduce inaccurate wording.
Use the brand’s established presentation when available. Do not invent a localized brand spelling that may confuse identification.
Quality review
Trace the rejection to the correct layer before editing the listing.
“Rejected” is an outcome, not a diagnosis. The fastest correction starts by reading the exact notice and deciding whether the problem is technical, categorical, visual, factual, or policy-related.
Missing SKUs, duplicate rows, invalid URLs, blank titles, or a broken template structure can stop an import before product quality is reviewed. Use the NIS validator to identify these first.
The selected category controls which attributes are required. A wrong subtype can make a valid product look incomplete. Brand selection also needs to match the product and your authorization. Review the current suggestion in Seller Lab rather than guessing.
An image can fail because of its format, dimensions, inaccessible URL, poor sharpness, inaccurate variant, crop, or misleading content. Run technical checks, then inspect what the picture actually communicates.
Titles, bullets, descriptions, and images should agree on pack count, size, material, color, compatibility, and included items. Remove claims that cannot be verified from the product or trusted source material.
Some decisions cannot be reproduced by a spreadsheet tool. Restricted items, documentation requirements, intellectual-property concerns, and reviewer judgments must be resolved through the marketplace process.
No. It shows only that the checked structure and common fields are clean. Category, policy, image quality, and manual review can still apply.
Only when both are independently wrong. Making several unrelated changes at once makes the real cause harder to identify.
Tool walkthrough
Process a large export in measured batches while keeping automatic and manual work separate.
The Bulk Issue Fixer is designed for catalogs where each product may have a different problem. It reads a Content Export or NIS file, checks common fields, and lets you complete 20, 50, or 100 rows at a time.
Save an untouched copy before processing. The downloaded workbook is a working output, not a replacement for your source history.
Choose an XLSX, XLS, or CSV file. The tool looks for an NIS template_data sheet or a likely data sheet. Confirm the displayed row and column counts before you continue.
Use 20 products for a new template or unfamiliar catalog. Move to 50 or 100 after checking that SKU mapping, titles, image columns, and downloaded reports match your expectations.
Auto-fixed means the tool could fill a missing Arabic title from its limited verified glossary without unknown words. Manual fix includes category, brand, inaccessible images, unsupported formats, and wording that should not be guessed.
Final downloads unlock when all rows have been processed. The corrected workbook contains safe changes; the report preserves manual issues and image notes. Resolve that queue before marketplace upload.
The current portal suggestion must be checked in Seller Lab, and category updates can depend on marketplace behavior the browser tool cannot verify.
No. A real conversion needs the image bytes and a new hosted JPG or PNG URL. Renaming the extension would create a broken or misleading link.
